   • Ensure that all interactions with buyers and other participants are professional and in accordance with our platform's rules.

   You acknowledge that Neofairs is not responsible for any disputes, transactions, or agreements made directly between exhibitors and buyers.

1. 5. Fees and Payments

   Certain services on Neofairs may require payment. Fees are clearly outlined before you complete any purchase or registration. You agree to pay all applicable fees for services used, including any taxes or additional charges. Payment processing is handled by a third-party provider, and you agree to comply with their terms and conditions.

   • Payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
   • Failure to pay fees may result in the suspension or termination of access to the platform.

   • Neofairs Content: All content on Neofairs, including logos, text, images, graphics, and software, is the property of Neofairs or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
   • User Content: By posting or uploading content on Neofairs, you grant Neofairs a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute such content on the platform. You retain ownership of your content but must ensure that it does not violate any third-party rights.
